After more than a decade as a senior HR leader managing people and events around the world, I began to realize that work has a tendency to fill every available space if we let it.
I know first-hand that the people who are most successful professionally tend to be the ones sacrificing the most personally.
Maaven is my answer to that. I built it on the belief that they way we make others feel is the truest measure of how well we spent our time here.
Being able to help others show up for the people they care about most is truly the best job in the world.

About Maaven
Maaven (may·vn) was founded on the belief that the people who shape our lives deserve to feel celebrated in ways that show what they actually mean to us.
We all long to not just be seen, but to be known. To have someone care enough to pay attention to the details of who we actually are, not just who we appear to be. And yet the moments that ask for that kind of recognition pass quietly, year after year, marked with good intentions and not quite enough follow-through.

Giving Back
Some people move through life quietly, pouring into others while never expecting the spotlight to be on them. Those are often the same people who deserve most to be seen and recognized.
