What We Offer

Planning something meaningful for someone you love takes time most people don’t have. There’s the research, the reservations, the vendors, and the trips around town for flowers and gifts. Maaven takes the stress and effort off your plate.

We specialize in intimate experiences, typically 2 to 20 people. Because everything is centered on the guest of honor, smaller gatherings keep the focus on the people who matter most.

Every experience is built around the person being celebrated. That might look like:

  • Surprise chef-made dinner party when they arrive home, including their favorite food, drinks, and music

  • A scavenger hunt that guides them to places they’d love and ends with a picnic in the park

  • A rooftop candle-lit dinner overlooking the skyline, with a handwritten note waiting on the table and your wedding video projected on the screen nearby

  • Video messages from all of their closest friends and family, compiled and delivered in a meaningful way

It begins with one question: who are they at their core? The answer becomes the foundation of everything we build. From there, we handle the ideas, vendor coordination, itinerary, and execution, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.

What to Expect

Every experience includes:

  • 30-minute initial intake call

  • Research + concept development of 3 options, and one revision

  • Full itinerary creation for final concept + gifting presentation

  • Negotiation, booking, and communication for up to 3 vendors/personalized elements

  • Unlimited email support

  • Planning for recipient + one guest

Upgraded experiences include:

  • Full day-of management, including set up and clean up

  • Gift or presentation sourcing and assembly

  • Additional vendor coordination

  • Pre-celebration location walk-through

  • Unlimited pre-experience calls

  • Additional recipients and/or guests

  • Multi-day experiences

  • Expedited turnaround
